Putting this head on alone will not make your car vtec. But getting this head, then buying a new ecu, i think you might need to get a vtec solenoid and if anyone else knows what else you need please inform me. I know alot of 92-96 non vtecs are prewired for vtec. You can check for this by looking at your ecu. For more information on how you tell if it is prewired for vtec go to this forum (thanks to AcesHigh for posting this forum) : http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t211027.html

the perks you are going to see out of this is more horsepower and more torque. Im assuming you have the h23 so putting this h22 vtec on your engine will make your car a h23a vtec. Very good horsepower gain for the money. Some one correct me if i'm wrong but i think you gain 20-25 hp by doing this. As of right now the bid is up to $100. I paid $200 for it. If you got it for $200 thats $10 for every 1 hp. Which is a very reasonable amount considering you only get 8-12 hp w/ a $150-$200 AEM cold air intake and 8-12 hp for $200 pulleys. If i am wrong on any of this info please someone tell me.
