The four cylinder 1.8L ITR b16 generates 200hp. The 1.6L inline b16 Civic Si makes 160hp. One is equal, and one is smaller.

Anyhow, better comparison would be between the 3rd gen Prelude and MX3. They both are roughly around the 2500lb mark, and make similar hp. I would think that the Prelude would handle better, however, because its inline four makes for a better weight distribution than a hefty V6. A friend of mine who owns a second gen (which I believe are similar to third) has an article from C&D that says they have nearly perfect 50/50 weight distribution.
