I ended up just putting in new pads w/o turning the rotors (cuz i wasn't able to get them off). Yes, I did see 2 little holes next to the lugs. I messed around with it, but I didn't know what to do with them. Still, thanks for replying and letting me know. I believe next time I shall know :-)
