Ok, thanks a lot. I will call Chevy tonight. Already have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow. Additionally, just to give a little background on this piece of crap...when the surging started, the dealer first cleaned the EGR valve. I went back, they replaced it and jacked with the timing from what the mechanic said(though he is German and not so good with English). 3rd time, they finally said they will replace the tranny. 34000 miles. Not good. At around 20000, the brake lights didn't work anymore, the warning flashers also. The module in the steering column had gone bad. I guess this was a recall that I never was notified about. At about 25000, I was driving to work, the Blazer just dies. The controller for the theftlock just crapped out, the Blazer wouldn't start...the Security light had come on briefly then that was it. The front end is popping now, like I've read here from other people...constant rattles, etc. 41000 miles on it. I've never driven it hard, never had it offroad, it's just the 2wd 4.3 anyway. Ok, enough of my bitching. Thanks a lot for the replys and your time.
