Keep the stock transmission. One simple reason: The gear ratios are designed to match the engine. The EF SiR ratios keep the engine turning at higher RPM - at 110km/h my engine is doing 4100 RPM in 5th. This is very acceptable as it gives you good launches against other cars. I can round up VTiR 'tegs with it - despite them having a lot more power (DOHC VTEC B18s). I can't touch an ITR with it though.
