Follow up
Ok here is more info. I just re-gapped the plugs @ .050 (they were clean) and cleaned the ITS, it seems to have helped the idle a bit but still it misfires and loses power below 4K-4.5K. After it reaches around 4k it runs awesome, lots of power and smooth. Could it possibly be a coil pack? (it checks good) Crank or Cam sensors? Geeeze
