I really dont know about any of those things, but I'd recommend that instead of flooring it when it wont shift, just give it a little more time. Flooring it will help it change gears faster, but it will also wear on the transmission a hell of a lot faster. My transmission does the same thing into third gear sometimes, and flooring it is the worst thing you can possibly do. Once you notice that it should have shifted already, just let off the gas it wait for the shift. In my very non professional opinion, it sounds like you need a new transmission. What does everyone else here think?
