Gas/Timing.
I advanced my timing too 12 degrees. Im running 93 octane (which now from reading previous posts, is pointless and can actually hurt my engine). My question is, with the 12 degrees and 93 octane will that eventually create a pinging or detonation. I'm dropping my octane to 89 from now on. Also the knocking or pinging how can it be determined it's from the engine?
