You can add a picture from your PC into your personal "gallery" in your Control Panel. There's a link to your Control Panel (User CP) at the top. Just link to it after you upload it from your PC.
And I wish I had Japanese class in middle school. I started taking Japanese in college earlier this year, but being broke meant I had to leave school.
I'll have to pick it back up at a later point eventually.
