I think it's fairly simple to do. There are a bunch of posts on CRSX on how to swap emblems and such. You might want to take a look there.
Edit: Here, I did the search for you -

This shows how to take the emblem off and put on the gold ones. So I assume the red H would be the same. Apparently it doesn't seem as easy as I would have thought! I'd hate to take off the bumper just to do that
! Maybe you should wait until you get a CAI and do both at the same time?
