I wouldn't pay more than $200 tops for all that work. Personally I don't believe its even warranted at your mileage. I'd spend the money on a full tune up w/all new hoses and a timing belt. Those rear spark plugs are tough to change due to you have to get them from underneath the car. Your choice of oil is fine.
