And also are there any specific products to be used on higher end cars such as mercedes, bmw, lexus, jaguars, ferrari, porsche etc.?
Great Buy! I use mine all the time! I would suggest some Meguiar's #83 Dual Action Cleaner Polish (DACP) or Meguiar's #80 Speed Glaze.

Another great choice is Poorboy's SSR 2.0,2.5 & 3.0

3.0 being the most aggresive!

These products usually handle most swirls/cobwebs, but do not always take care of deep scratches! It also depends on the pad's you use with PC and what speed! I use Lake Country 6.5" pads and find them to be incredible and long lasting! The Orange Pad is for cutting, the White For Polishing, And the gray pad for applying waxws/sealents.

I generally can get by with the white pad, meg's 83 and a speed of 5 - 5.5 on the PC. On darker colors you made need to follow up with the 80 as 83 can leave some minor micro marring.

For sealents on all colors, I use Klasse Sealent Glaze or Poorboy's EX w/Carnauba or Wolfgang is good I'm told!! Then I top with Pinnacle Souveran or P21S or Meguiar's NXT. Depends on my mood and what I think will look best.

Her'e's my black car with:

83
Klasse All In One X 2 coats
P21S X 3 Coats

And her'e's an Audi..same procedure:

My brother's Van..Same Combo:
