If it is the CV joint you hear clicking (and it sure looks that) then you need to get it replaced as soon as you can. If you let them go like this they fail and you will lose the ability to stear (sp?) which is a bad thing :-)

I had one break on me when I was a young driver. Thank goodness the streets were empty and I was pulling out of a parking lot. The car just circled to the shoulder where I stopped and called a tow truck as I could no longer move the front wheels! I learned about CV joints shortly thereafter!
