There was an old practice alot of the tire shops used to do but don't do so much nowadays called "trueing". It's where they can shave the tire tread to make the tire closer to round. You may consider that. And since you've had an alignment done 2x I suggest you also check to see if you don't have a sticking caliper. You can do so by feeling the wheels after a drive. If one feels hotter than the others then that may be your culprit.
