A friend of mine just got his done with a 5-speed. it's not real compatable and there are many modifications to do. but fyi the getrag munchie 5 speed tranny out of newer sunfires does bolt up to the 3.8, with a custom flywheel of course. It is the most amazing conversion i've ever seen next to a 350 in a civic. But definately go with the supercharged version. If you have any questions i can find out the answers for ya.
