As long as your temp is level, and the coolant loss is predictable, go ahead and use it until the service appointment. It should be fine. Yes please, send pictures!! When I first got my '94 Impala SS with the LT1, I got a ticket the second day I owned it for 68 mph in a 35 mph zone. Still hadn't got used to the rush of acceleration that car was capable of in a short time, like you, I was just passing a slower vehicle.
