Did they say why you failed?

I know in NJ we have to have cats on our exhaust, which may have been a problem in where you live, depending if you modified you exhaust or not. So if thats the case your either going to have to buy cats, bolt on fake ones, of if you still have your stock exhaust bolt that on the day your going to get inspections and then take it off

Another thing which I seem to find a lot up here, is the car "idles" too fast or too slow. As for that I dunno what to do.
