'95 Tahoe with just under 100,000 miles. Under acelleration it seems to feel like it is running out of fuel. At constant throttle it will die out then come back on again. At stop light and at idle, it will surge several times and then maybe stall. But not all the time. I have a '92 Suburban that I used as a parts truck....still a very well running and driving truck. I swapped the MAP sensor, knock sensor and harness clip, complete TBI unit, coil, distributor module, EGR valve, new plugs, cap, and rotor, brand new O2 sensor, new muffler. I have swapped parts between both trucks and the Suburban doesn't run any worse, and the Tahoe doesn't run any better. I sprayed carb cleaner around the intake to look for leaks and seemed fine. Did pull an O2 code so I changed it with no difference. Scanner also suggested to check Knock sensor circuit.
I have considered changing the distributer next.
