you can keep stock tranny, but you won't get a whole nine yard of performance out H22 since gear ratio is not same, accord has econo-ratio and tranny was designed much less reving engine.

when it come to wiring, you will need to add four wires or some thing that, because you have LX and it has non-VTEC engine. those four wires are VTEC control.
