Okay now, since we feel threatened because I closed a thread, let's clear some things up now, shall we. First off, running your mouth in here without having all the facts is only going to bring you problems. Not because I'm a mod, but because you're speaking without knowing the whole situation.
Second, I closed the thread because the purpose behind it was already achieved! To what point should I have left it open. So Postwhores can whore it up? NO! If you don't like it, that is too fuckin bad.
Thirdly, I will address this within your cute little response. Since you know so little about me, but are able to tell me exactly what my problem is, let me correct some of your ideas.

First off, the outlook I was referring to, which only the people that I deal with directly would know that, is how mean I can be. Ive always had the same outlook on you, that thread about the white man opressing didnt change it a bit. If you feel you are overlooked because you arent white then just like i said find a new job. Blaming your lack of a good job on a race is pathetic.
What I said was and you failed to understand miserably, AT MY JOB, SHIT IS DIFFERENT THAN HOW IT SHOULD BE. Now I will say it with greater detail. I said that Corporate America nowadays is tougher than it used to be. Second, I am not complaining here about oppression or using it as an excuse to get sympathy, from you or anyone else on here! My rant which I wrote was something more of a personal battle that I've had with a few individuals at MY JOB and nothing more. I am a well educated person with a degree in AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING and COMPUTER SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT. What that means is that I can get any fuckin job I want, when I want.
I have, pardon any racism, mexican bosses and i dont feel oppressed....i may not get the job i wanted because the boss picked jose...i let it slide and move on. I've told myself numerous times, hey this job treats me like shit, so i pack my things and leave it. you cant go thru life blaming stupid shit on a race man...so you got shit on at work, do something about it other than complain about the white man....
I don't know whether you're aware of this or not, but I've had a few jobs, believe me, I know how not to take shit from people. I don't just sit and complain how unhappy I am with my job and how bad things get. Like I've previously stated, that thread was more of a "I finally got mine" thread and it served it's purpose.
I'm happy that you celebrated another man's termination, the shit he dumped on you is catching up to him and his poor family now....serves him right doesnt it? So go ahead smoke your weed and then come here and throw your authority around and lock my thread......

To end, you may not like or appreciate my response, but to be honest, since you've dedicated a thread specifically to me, I'm flattered. I make decisions based on what I see fit. And as like someone previously stated, if you had a problem with my response or closing, you could have been grown enough to PM me with your issues. Since you didn't take the time to do that, I've responded to you here. Now, don't take this the wrong way, but next time, you should ask a person what the whole story is before you go passing judgements on anyone, it just makes you look dumb, offering your opinion and not having all the facts. Plus, I wasn't asking for opinions to begin with.
Lastly, if I choose to close a thread, it's not because I want to show off my powers as a mod or because I feel like it. I closed it because it served its purpose, period. If you wanted to respond to my comment, again, you should have PM'ed me. So thank you for the honorable mention and wasting my time having to respond.
