I think infinman is talking about the redesigned baffle plates. They came out with these for the 96+ vehicles but I'm not sure if there was a new version for your 95. Basically when you take the entire hub off there is a inner seal (dust seal) on the back of the hub that can make this noise. The redesigned baffle plates come with a dust seal attached so you remove the hub, replace the baffle plates with the new design, remove the inner seal from the back of the hub and reinstall. Or you can remove the hub and replace the inner seals with new OEM seals with a good amount of grease.

This was just brought up on the 4x4parts.com forum for a 98, just not sure if the 95s had the same redesigned baffle plates available.
