Well, I got my car back today. Cottman had it for a week and couldnt figure it out so I took it to the dealer. They had it for over a week and but couldnt decide on wether it was the ECM or the wiring harness inside the tranny. They had to send all their info to a GM service center somewhere and they decided it was the computer after some more trouble shooting. Bottom line is my car runs great now just like before. When they said ECM I think I just about had a heart attack because we all know how much they are supposed to cost but it really wastnt that much. Total bill for all the trouble shooting and ECM and isntallation and programming came to just over $650. Lets hope it a while before I have to take her in again!
