I also say evo16, not necessarily bigger. With race gas, thats more than enough turbo. With pump though, if you want 12s you'll want to go bigger. EVO16g is a great turbo, cant really go wrong unless you want big pump gas power (new tdo6h 20g is a great option, 999 new).
You wont need many lines. The water lines just get swapped and bent slightly. The drain line will work if you file/grind the bolt holes closer together. Not hard at all but it can be time consuming. The feed line you'll need, but you should always use new feed lines, and change them once every other year or so. If you buy a new turbo they typically dont warranty it unless you get a new feed line at the same time
