timing belt replacement

we have a 94 lhs with the 3.5 liter engine, runs great but it died on us the other day-no warning!so i came here to the forum and decided to look things up.come to find out it has happened to a couple of people,so i took a look at things behind the timing cover and lo and behold, the water pump was facing toward the sky and the tensioner pulley came apart in my fingers.so i went out and bought a water pump, timing belt, tensioner pulley[timing side],tesioner pulley[serpitine belt],alt belt and the a/c belt. i figured i might as well buy everything.my question is,and im not sure about what the manual says, and i want to make sure so i dont have to repeat myself,is the settings for the crank and the camshafts, ive got the crankshaft pointing to the tdc mark on the cover with the #1 cylinder at tdc and ive got the camshaft pulley dots inbetween the double dots on the cover, now is that all i got to do before i put on the timing belt? or is there something else im missing?i know the crank spins twice for every revolution of the camshafts, does that change your settings?any help would be greatly appreciated.
