You could just buy some fog lights and driving lights. Pick some up at a local automotive part store. Connect a relay to a headlight or any light that comes on when the headlights are on to activate your driving lights. Don't forget to include a fuse and wiring large enough to handle any wattage increase. You could upgrade from the standard 55 watt to 100 watt, all the way to 130 watts of light.
