Clean all of your terminals/connectors and make sure the wires going into the same are all good. Hearing the solenoid click and nothing else tells me the starter is not getting the juice it needs to turn over but just enough to kick out the bendix. Put the battery on a load test, not just a multimeter. It's the only way to know for sure if the battery is good. If your battery checks out fine and your wiring is good, then start looking into your alternator or other issues.
