1992 5L RS, MAF or MAP
My 92 305 RS is throwing out a code 23. Which haynes state is the Mass Air Flow Sensor code. So, I tried to find a new one, but the parts stores all say "Not Available". They do have MAP sensors, and I read somewhere that they changed to MAP sensors for TPI engines in 1990.
Also fbodymotorsports.com only seem to sell MAP sensors for 1990+ vehicles.
Does anyone know whether the 5.0L RS uses MAF or MAP???
I am so confused.
