well what you could have done is crushed the oil cooler when you put the filter on or if you tightened the nut thats under the filter too much! run a leak down tester and see if you can figure out where the coolant is going to. i believe you can get them from autozone, they loan the tool to you for the cost of the item, then when you return it they refund your money! well worth it if i were you
