A little side note, the dealer will always find leaks and charge $$$ to repair them on these trucks. My advice is start to go over it yourself.
On these trucks the engines are a bit underpowered, its a Buick block design from way way ago. Look at installing a K&N filter or a snorkel if you plan on offroading this will give you a bit more pickup.
If you really want to see a diference I would install a new set of gears probably a 4.10 ratio. We sell the Great Basin Line and are very pleased. Any person who can pickup a socket and wrench can install the gears we can even do a complete 3rd memeber [differential housing] swap so all you have to do is drop them in your truck.
