Well I found the problem. Checked the voltage to injector #3. It was the ECU. Replaced ECU and no more gas spewing out of the Exhaust. With the ECU unplugged the voltages at the connector were around 12 volts but once I plugged it in all the voltages were 12 volts except for the #3 injector wich dropped to about 3.2 volts
