You can always piece together a kit.
Ebay has turbos all the time, and a .57 trim t3/t4 will do very well on your motor. 8psi, slightly larger injectors, and an SAFC will work well. Get a decent intercooler, and make your downpipe and IC piping. Get the oil lines, and you're good to go.

Manifold 100-600
Turbo - 200-500
IC - 200-400
IC pipes - 150
downpipe - 100
oil lines - 50-80
injectors - 20-400
SAFC 200-400
BOV - 20-300
Wastegate 0-300
misc fittings, couplers, and other expences - 200

You can put together a relatively potent, and clean setup for under 2g's.

You can also go all out race ready, and spend 4g's on a good turbo kit.
