dude i know exactly how you feel, when i was about 12-13 somewhere in their my low life aunt died at like 30 something. She had a 16 year old son who we decided to take into our house. I have 2 brothers and my parents living in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Anways its like you said, at first he was fine, fit in well and didnt cause any trouble. But after a while he started doing the same shit. he would go through all of our stuff and steal from us. He got horrible grades in school, wouldnt clean up after himself, wouldnt help around the house, followed us around and bugged the hell out of us. Just became a real pain in the ass. Luckily is real father decided that he wanted his son, so took him.

As for him using all your crap, do what i do when i get pissed at my brothers for using my PS2 and not cleaning it up or scratching the CDs, take the controllers and hide them somewhere. Or hide the power cord.
