O.K., take a paper towel and fold it around a credit card, then use that as a squeegie, start in the middle and work towards the edges. No, I don't think they go away as it dries. But remember, all tint has bubbles in it, it just depends how much. If you can't see them from the outside, it's probably as good as it will get, but try the papertowel anyway, just be gentle so you don't rip the film.
