you shouldn't run into any problems at all, those parts help you can to perform better. Now when you install 'em you need to re-set your ecu, I can't specificaly tell you how to do that for you car. I know disconecting the batery for a few minutes will work but I think theres a memory chip/fuse that you have to pull also.
If you car is leased those parts will be a problem 'cause if theres ever a problem and you take it in they like to blame it on the aftermarket parts or acuse you of driving it to hard. Hope this helps
