does it sound like metal on metal.... Or something else. Low pitched or higher.
How long has it done it... IE... did you just get your oil changed and start noticing it?? Or has it been going on for longer??
On a hard turn.. if you have the whell turned all the way to the stop, the PS pump might be going bad, thus causing a noise. but it'd do it at a stop too, not just while moving.
If you've just had work done then noticed it.. check the passenger side frame rail where the lower control arm bolts on... there is a plastic shield there that Mechanics pop out to change oil and other stuff, commonly forgotten to be pushed back in, causing a noise on hard turns.
