I have the same problem, but I don't use my A/C so I'm guessing the two aren't connected. It seems to happen in mine every time it rains hard, whether I drive it or not. The puddle shows up on the floor in the back seat, and I also found water in the spare tire space in the trunk. If it goes a couple of weeks without raining, and I take out the floor mats, it will dry up. The trunk seal looks OK. If anyone has a solution to this problem, PLEASE post. I'm thinking about selling soon if I don't figure this out.
