Some water vapor from the vents isn't necessarily a sign of trouble. If the outside humidity suddenly goes up (like a rainstorm) and the inside of the car is very dry, it can do that. It doesn't really indicate leaking refrigerant. But if it does it a lot, your A/C is not working up to par.
