when i came to this forum, i was planning a conversion to 350 on my 92 rs 3.1. I have since decided that I did not buy this car for racing, i bought it because all I had was a motorcycle and a baby on the way. Since this car is and was only meant to be a daily driver, and I have more important obligations to my wife and coming child (little boy by the way, just found out today) I think I'll leave it as a 3.1 and focus more on comfort. As I have decided to go strictly cosmetics on it, I was thinking about some racing seats, wheels, stereo, new t-tops, new paint, new carpet (eventually) and a new headliner. I figured the first thing I would do is get the racing seats and harnesses. This may make me a poser since I'm sporting a 6er, but none the less, does anyone have any suggestions as far as comfort and quality. I have found some for a fairly good price on ebay but I just don't want to order seats that are going to be rock hard.....also, how could I go about getting the rear to match, do you think I could take it to an apholstery shop and have them redo the back seats in a matching fabric or something....any suggestions would help. thanks
