The last license is easy dude!
All you have to do is just race hard out before you attempt it.
You actually get so used to the tracks where you can do them perfectly, that's when you should go to the S license!
I pretty much got everything on the first or second attempts because I played all the tracks so much.
Im only 40% done so let me know which tracks your having trouble with on the S license!
