You're looking at some serious cash layout for something like this. First you would need something to measure the air coming in. You'd either need to build a new plenum and use the stock MAF or rig up a MAP sensor and some some custom ECU tuning or a stand alone system.
This is strictly for racing. I guess you could use it on the street but it would probably cost more than a 350hp turbo setup!

Just my opinion of course.
