Angry Frustrating clutch issues

Hello all,

I'm a forum newbie (as you can probably see by my description) and own a Honda Accord 2.0iLS which I've had for about 3 years. It's a great car and I've added a few touches to it (nothing mechanical though). My only gripe is that the clutch went a bit iffy in November last year. Firstly it started making a weird creaking noise when I engaged/disengaged it, then after a while the noise stopped. A few weeks later, I noticed the clutch pedal occasionally stuck to the floor (didn't sink, just didn't return when I released it) and being naive I thought it was a return spring on the pedal. Unfortunately not, as it's hydraulic. I eventually lost all functionality of the clutch and it would hiss when I engaged/disengaged the pedal, like there was air or oil escaping. I took it to my dealer who said it was a common fault and replaced the master and slave cylinders and all corresponding pipework. It's been great since... Until recently when the creaking started again.

I sit in a fair bit of traffic (60 mile round trip to work in constant stop-start traffic) and never leave the pedal to the floor while in gear. Has anyone else suffered this or know what could be causing the problems? My dealer has said that they won't replace it again as they don't think it's the same fault and apparently it's a fork in the clutch assembly near the gearbox which needs lubricating (lubricate a clutch? really? am I being naive again?) but I'm not convinced.

Hope you can help!
