OK, i had a problem similar to that. Check the power wires. How many amps did u say u had? 2? Are they dolly-trained? If so that may be the problem. So you check all fuses, right? Fuses on amp and fuse from batt? Maybe there is something wrong with the voice coil in the sub. You may want to check that. IF possible, try putting another sub (a friends maybe) and ride around for awhile on that. You should also check the settings on the deck. Or check behind the deck to make sure the rca cables are connected. That may be the prob. But if all fails. I think you may need a cap......I can help you a little more if you need it.
