Actually with there si no way to Tune just a set of headers. The Computer should automatically adjust. If he has a 95 with the ODBI then he can possibly chip it, But if its a late modle 95 or 96+ its ODBII and you can't reprogram it easily and cheeply. There are some places that will flash the ECU like RSM but thats only after you have for example one of their superchargers installed.

Cav componets are different then Perna's DSM. what will work with a DSm more than likly will not work with the cav. IE just going in and "tuning" it.
