Sorry bout that dude. I have a lil' suggestion that has to do with how you hold your pencil. Right now it seems your drawing very tight. You don't want that (for now). You want to have a lose arm, lose wrist and lose hand, You want the car to flow through nice and even. Now you have little lines. Just loosen up!!! Ask some other people on these boards. I can't emphasize this enough. Loosen up!!! Right now, not only is that effecting your line quality, but it is also effecting your design. Like mentioned, it looks like a Vector. That car is terribly outdated. Your design needs something fresh, something modern and new. You've got most of the basics there, just keep loose.
At this stage of drawing skill, the ONLY way to get better is to draw a LOT! Just keep drawing cars, anything at all. Idealistic designs are the best because you keep your options open well past the point you;ve started. Your not restricted in any way (yet). Keep drawing.
Oh yeah, did I mention, keep loose!!!
