Well Let me teach you a lesson. There is this little thing called "weight transfer". What happens is that as a car leaves the line weight transfers towards the back. Now this puts weight over the rear axel. Now because there is more weight pushing down on the rear tires it will be harder to make those tires break loose (thats why dragsters run those huge wings, to keep the tires trackin'). Thus, you can put more power to the tires, and as a result go faster. There are no awd dragsters for a reason, once those tires break lose on the front at 250 miles an hour you are dead.
There is only one place were awd is better than rear wheel drive... OFF ROAD
