Yeah its made of 1/4", but the rest is going to be made out of mandrel tubing(around 1 3/4") and sheet metal, ~20ga. I'm hoping it'll weigh around what a stock cast iron manifold weighs when its all done. Its gotta house an air-water intercooler too, with as long of runners as I can fit. should be interesting to see what it comes out like. If I fail, and I probably will, its no big deal. I can just throw another intake on it and run blow-thru carb with no intercooler, then later buy an air/water unit and convert a manifold to FI. But I want to try, practice makes perfect.
