Thanks for the reply but the switch is brand new, Neither motor work with the old switch. I have power going to the mirror when the switch is operated. Both for up and down and left and right. Only left and right works. The problem is a bad motor or bad connection in the mirror housing.

I would like to avoid buying a new mirror if it is possible to fix this one.
