cams and followers (no 'lifters' per se in an OHC motor) are very expensive for those motors. i'd give Comp Cams a call and see what they can do for you. probably wont' be necessary. lots of guys out there are making sick power with stock cams. i've heard that upgrading to roller followers can net you gains of 40-50 horse in a mod motor.

BBK is pretty much 'the name' in terms of bolt-on aftermarket exhaust for mustangs. if you switch to an offroad x-pipe you'll gain power but it might not sound as good. also, long-tubes are soemthign to consider. you can put a system like that together for less than 500 dollars if memory serves.

is your car a stick? if so does it have a short throw shifter? if not, that's a good upgrade.

no such thing as 3.75 gears, 3.73 is what you're referring to.

steeda makes a good clutch cable kit.

tons of upgrades available. just browse a summit catalog, or the first 10 pages or so of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords.
