Get a second opinion. Don't tell the different mechanic anything about what the dealer said. Just ask him to check your clutch (tell him it's slipping), tires, brakes, and adjust your emergency brake. There is some questionable problems listed. Most notably the sway bars. I hope they meant that you needed new bushings which is a trival job. Sway bars are torsion bars. They don't wear out.

If you don't hear the wear indicators, there is a question as to whether you really need brakes also. You can get the alignment done anytime.
