ok first of all the motor in the RS/GS (420a) is completely different than the ones on the GST/GSX(4g63). so the psi is not the same ,the RS/GS dose not have a turbo. the GST/GSX dose have a turbo ,because of this turbo the motor was built to withstand more horsepower and PSI. from the factory the GSX/GST comes with 13-14 psi.
The motor can also handle about 400hp on stock internals. so this person that runs 16psi, probally just bought a boost controoler and got a new BOV then hit the track and didnt have to worry bout a thing.
